Millie’s Gift exists to help parents facing life-limiting prenatal diagnoses develop a loving bond with their babies and receive compassionate wraparound support during and after pregnancy. Creating space for connection, memory-making, and dignity for every life, however brief.

Millie's Story
A few days... A lifetime of love.
When Thomas and Amy learned at 14 weeks in their pregnancy that their daughter had Trisomy 13, they chose weekly Bonding Ultrasounds not knowing the incredible impact it would have on them and their loved ones. Each Friday became time to see her, talk to her, and invite family and friends to meet her. They named her Amelia Celeste, Millie for short. She lived three beautiful days after birth, which was three more days than they ever expected. The peace and connection those Bonding Ultrasounds created inspired this work so other families can come to cherish every heartbeat too. Here Millie's Gift began.
We Gift Life-limiting Prenatal Diagnoses Support
Bonding Ultrasounds
We fund regular (weekly) elective ultrasounds at select boutique imaging studios, so parents can connect and bond with their babies in an intimate and stress-free setting, invite loved ones to participate, and create keepsakes and memories for a lifetime.
Compassionate Wraparound Support
Referrals for counseling and perinatal hospice resources, community groups, plus coordination with care teams.
Practical Help
Millie's Gift funds the cost of Bonding Ultrasounds, and when needed we assist with memorial support* and other essentials so families can focus on time together. *(See FAQs)
